Moving Out of Your Storage Unit

We're here to make your move-out as smooth as possible! 😊

To vacate your unit, simply email us at info@oceanwavestorage.com with:

• Your unit number
• Your desired move-out date

We'll handle the rest and confirm everything with you.

Important Details:

• Vacate by the end of your rental period — The unit must be completely empty and clean before your rental period ends.
• No prorated credit for early move-out — We don't offer partial-month refunds if you leave early.
• One day into the next period = full month's rent — If you stay even a single day past your rental period, the full next month's charge applies.

If our system automatically charges you for the following month, no worries — just let us know, and we'll issue a prompt refund.
